PINK RIBBON FOR SUSAN

Pink Ribbon for Susan is a piece I wrote for two dear friends of mine, clarinetist Christopher Hill, and his wife Susan. The South Dakota Symphony Orchestra premiered the work in April 2013, as a benefit concert for Susan, who, at that time, had just been diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer.
Pink Ribbon for Susan è un brano che ho scritto per due miei cari amici, il clarinettista Christopher Hill e sua moglie Susan. La South Dakota Symphony Orchestra ha eseguito il lavoro in anteprima nell’aprile 2013, come concerto di beneficenza per Susan, alla quale, in quel momento, era stato appena diagnosticato un cancro al seno al quarto stadio.
